iVi distributes multiple brands and each brand has its own warranty policy. Here at iVi we try our best to facilitate our customers when it comes to claiming warranty, usually giving replacements from our existing stock. However under certain circumstances, the defective product is required to be sent to the manufacturer for repair/replacement.

*iVi cannot be held liable for delays in product replacement/repair, as the warranty is offered  by the manufacturer and not iVi. The immediate replacement from iVi stock is a privilege not a right.

Antec Warranty Policy for Pakistan

  1. Warranty Period:
    For new Antec Products purchased from an authorized reseller, parts and labor are warranted for a period of 1 / 2 / 3 years from the date of purchase. The replacement product will be warranted for the remainder of the warranty period, or 30 days from replacement, whichever is longer. For Pakistan, only Power Supplies are covered under warranty.
  2. Who is covered under warranty:
    The warranty is enforceable only by the original customer. Proof of purchase is required to avail the warranty service.
  3. What Is and Is Not Covered under warranty:
    The warranty is not an unconditional guarantee of product performance for the entire length of warranty. Antec products are made with under industry leading manufacturing standards, but like any other product, they are not indestructible. Therefore, the warranty does not cover any products that are damaged by abuse and mishandling, nor does it cover incidental or consequential damage.The following are not covered by the warranty:
    Any product which has been modified without permission from Antec, or on which the serial number or warranty sticker has been defaced, modified, or removed.
  • Normal wear and tear.
    • Damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from: Accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, fire, water, lightning, or other acts of nature, unauthorized product modification or failure to follow instructions included with the product Repair or attempted repair by anyone not authorized by Antec, Inc. Shipping or transport damage (claims must be made with the carrier) Any other cause which does not relate to a product defect.
    • Cartons, cases, batteries, cabinets, tapes, accessories or other consumables used with this product.
    • Antec, Inc. does not warrant that this product will meet your requirements. It is your responsibility to determine the suitability of this product for your purpose.
    • Removal or installation charges.
    • Purchase from third party sellers.
  1. Exclusion of Damages:
    Antec and iVi’s sole obligation and liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of a defective product at our option. Antec and iVi shall not, in any event, be liable for any incidental or consequential damage, including but not limited to damages resulting from interruption of service and loss of business, or for liability in tort relating to this product or resulting from its use or possession.
  2. Limitations of Implied Warranties:
    There are no other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to those of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The duration of implied warranties is limited to the warranty length specified in Paragraph I.
  3. To Obtain Technical Support:
    Please see your product owner’s manual or visit the Online Support section at www.antec.com for details and contact information. Or you may contact your local authorized retailer.
  4. For Warranty Service:
    In the event that warranty repair or replacement is required, iVi will request and you must provide proof of purchase (store receipt or invoice) and the original warranty card in order to receive warranty service. Do not return any product to iVi without prior notice and approval. You must email us at RMA@ivipk.com and/or fill out the RMA form at ivipk.com/RMA for warranty service. You will be contacted with regards to your RMA once you have submitted the form.
  5. Charges for Warranty Service:
    • There are no charges for replacing the unit if your item is covered under warranty.
    • Your shipping charges will be refunded to you, in case you need to ship the defective unit back to iVi head collection center in Lahore.
    • However, if upon receiving at iVi’s collection center, your item is deemed to be uncovered under the Antec warranty, your shipping charges and any return shipping charges will be born by the customer.

 

 


CRYORIG Warranty Policy for Pakistan

WARRANTY PERIOD, FULL AND LIMITED WARRANTY

  1. When given normal, proper and intended usage CRYORIG guarantees the proper function of their products for their respective warranty period.
  2. The length of each Product’s Warranty Period is given below:

Heatsinks and Coolers: 1 year

Fans: 1 Year

  1. The Warranty is invalid in cases of any User modifications, damages caused by incorrect use or installation, and User mal handling of the product.
  2. This Warranty is non-transferable, and only covers the original purchaser.
  3. The Warranty covers the proper performance and function of the product during the Warranty Period.
  4. All Warranty requests must provide the original proof of purchase, either a electronic copy, scan or photo of a printed invoice, and the Product Warranty Card. You must email your warranty request to RMA@ivipk.com or submit the RMA form given on our website www.ivipk.com/RMA in addition to emailing
  5. On the occasion when a proof of purchase and Product Registration Card is not present, based on information provided by the user CRYORIG and iVi will have the right to dictate the warranty period or provide only Limited Warranty.
  6. Under Limited Warranty, CRYORIG and iVi are entitled to charge users for replacement or service parts and material as well as additional shipping charges.
  7. Excluding Dead on Arrival and New Purchases, the Warranty does not cover Visual Defects, unless said Visual Defect diminishes the proper function of the Product, or may cause functional problems during the Warranty Period.
  8. During the Warranty Period, CRYORIG will provide the user with spare replacement parts free of material charges if said issue does not conflict any other clauses.

 

DEAD ON ARRIVAL AND NEW PURCHASES

  1. On the occasion where the Product arrives with damaged Function or distinguishable Visual Defects, the product will be deemed Dead on Arrival.
  2. Products with missing items are entitled for a full replacement, or replacement parts, determined by CRYORIG.
  3. The User has the choice to first contact the point of purchase for a product replacement of a Dead on Arrival product, based on Store Policy.
  4. If the point of purchase cannot replace the Dead on Arrival product, either due to Store Policy or stock availability, CRYORIG will provide service for product replacement.
  5. In the case of a Dead on Arrival product replacement through CRYORIG. The user must contact CRYORIG and iVi within 7 days of the date of purchase.
  6. In the case where the user fails to contact CRYORIG and iVi for replacement of a Dead on Arrival product within 7 days, CRYORIG has the sole option to dictate the Product Replacement method and terms. iVi will act on the users behalf to facilitate the replacement, however iVi can not be held responsible for any delays in replacement or warranty processing due to CRYORIG.

 

VISUAL DEFECTS

  1. Products will uphold to the intended visual design, based on Product Photos on the company website.
  2. Scratches on the surface of the Product that are distinguishable through touch of hand are counted as Visual Defects.
  3. Other acknowledged Visual Defects include:
  4. Unintended bent heatsink fins, with noticeable crease.
  5. Any rust on either the heatsink fins, heatpipe or heatsink base.
  6. Missing or broken cosmetic items and parts.
  7. Products with Visual Defects are only replaceable within the 7 days of a Dead on Arrival and New Purchase situation. If the item’s packaging appears to be damaged due to shipping, the user must notify iVi immediately (same day) via email to RMA@ivipk.com and provide pictures of the aforementioned damages. Any damage not reported on the day of receiving will be considered as user induced damage and will not be covered under warranty.

 

PRODUCT REPLACEMENTS

  1. In the case of discontinued products. CRYORIG may at its sole option provide either A) A new product of equal value and function. B) Replacement parts that will allow the product perform at its designed function. C) A Refurbished or Repaired Product of equal function.
  2. If the Product is in fact a current available model, CRYORIG will provide a new replacement of the same model/configuration.
  3. Replacement Products will continue the Warranty Period of the original purchase or extend for one-month, whichever period is longer.
  4. CRYORIG will dictate if the defective product is needed for return.
  5. In the case where the defective product is needed to be returned. Users are responsible for shipping costs to ship back the defective item to CRYORIG’s distributor iVi.
  6. CRYORIG, will be responsible for shipping the Product Replacement and at its sole option choose the shipping method. iVi cannot be held liable for any delays in product replacement from CRYORIG.

 


G.SKILL Limited Warranty Policy for Pakistan

 

G.SKILL Limited Warranty

G.SKILL provides a limited warranty to the original purchaser only that any genuine G.SKILL hardware product purchased from an authorized G.SKILL reseller will be free from defects in material and workmanship, and will operate, as specified by its datasheet, in the operating environment for which they were intended, for a specific length of time from the date of purchase. The date of purchase shall be determined by a valid proof of purchase; and if no valid proof of purchase exists, then the length of warranty shall begin from the date of manufacture (indicated by serial number). The local warranty period for Pakistan shall be one year from date of purchase for all G.SKILL products.

 

Remedies

G.SKILL’s entire liability and your exclusive remedy for any breach of warranty shall be to repair or replace any part of its products that prove defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials. Any replacements provided will be with the same product model. This warranty obligation is conditioned upon the hardware being returned to the original place of purchase, or another place as directed by G.SKILL, with the original sales receipt (or a valid copy thereof). You may be required to pay shipping and handling charges, as well as any applicable tariffs, duties, taxes, or other fees, except where prohibited by applicable local law.

Any repaired or replacement hardware will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period, or thirty (30) days, whichever is greater, or for any additional period of time that is specified by law in your local jurisdiction.

 

Obsolete or Discontinued Products

Whenever possible, an obsolete or discontinued product will be replaced with the same product. If G.SKILL is unable to replace with the same product, G.SKILL will replace that product with a comparable product of similar specification or function.

 

Warranty Exclusions

G.SKILL limited warranty does not cover problems or damage resulting from, but not limited to, any of the following:

 

  1. Wear and tear associated with normal use
  2. Any acts of nature, abnormal mechanical or environmental condition, modification, abuse, accident, disassembly, misapplication, or unauthorized repair
  3. Removal or alteration of any manufacturer label(s) or sticker(s)
  4. Any improper assembly, handling, installation, or operation; including any use not in accordance with any supplied product instructions
  5. Connection to any improper voltage supply
  6. Removal or reassembly of heatspreader
  7. Missing, damaged, detached, or bent contact pins, chips, parts, casing, or heatspreader
  8. Any other cause which does not relate to a product defect in materials or workmanship

G.SKILL shall not be liable for, and does not cover under warranty: recovery of data; installation of G.SKILL products; inspection or testing costs; installation and removal fees; and general, special, incidental, or consequential damages which include, but not limited to, loss of data, revenue, or profit (whether direct or indirect), or commercial loss for breach of any express or implied warranty on your product even if G.SKILL has been advised previously of the possibility of such damages. Some local laws do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply in your jurisdiction.

Also excluded from this warranty are counterfeit products; that is, products that G.SKILL, at its sole discretion, determines were not manufactured by G.SKILL or any of its authorized manufacturing partners.

 

Valid Proof of Purchase

A valid proof of purchase is defined as one of the following:

  • A dated sales receipt from an authorized G.SKILL retailer or reseller. The sales receipt must show the product description and price.
  • A dated official e-mail from an authorized G.SKILL retailer or reseller confirming purchase and shipment of the product. The confirmation email must show the product description and price.

Some examples of non-valid proof of purchase:

  • Receipts from non-authorized G.SKILL reseller, retailers, or dealers.
  • Receipts from any online auction websites, liquidators, or clearance houses.
  • Credit card statements.
  • The UPC bar code from the product packaging.
  • Pictures of the actual product.

 

RMA Procedure for Pakistan

RMA will be processed for products that comply with above mentioned criteria. You must submit an email to RMA@ivipk.com or fill out the RMA form at www.ivipk.com/RMA. Once you have filled out the form you will be contacted by our staff to guide you with regards to the RMA process.

While we take our quality control and production process seriously, we understand the importance of protecting your investment with us. To stand confidently behind the hardware assembled and shipped through our factory, our products come attached with a standard warranty. To top it off, we offer to extend your warranty for qualifying products through an online product registration process as well. Please note: ZOTAC Distributor iVi reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without advance notice. Please check back regularly for updates. This warranty supersedes and replaces any previous warranty, effective as of Jan 1st, 2018.

 

Warranty Terms

  • The warranty policies detailed within this page only apply to ZOTAC products purchased within Pakistan from authorized resellers. For purchases from other regions, please consult the ZOTAC Global warranty page or email us at RMA@ivipk.com.
  • Warranty claims will be serviced through the repair or replacement of the defective product, with ZOTAC ASP discretion over the option to repair or replace. Any replacement product will be based on performance equal or greater than the original product, at the discretion of ZOTAC.
  • Products must be purchased as new from an authorized ZOTAC reseller. Warranty only applies to the original purchaser of the product and cannot be transferred. Products purchased as secondhand or used, or from auction sites, do not carry any warranty.
  • The warranty duration starts from the product’s original date of purchase or distributor Import/ Invoice date. A copy of the original receipt must be presented to validate the date of purchase.
  • Products provided as replacements under the RMA service will continue under the original product's warranty at the original start date. The warranty date will not change or reset due to any RMA service performed.
  • ZOTAC products received through promotions, contests, giveaways, or sponsorships, are not be covered under warranty. Please contact RMA@ivipk.com to resolve any issues or defects with products earned without proof of purchase.
  • ZOTAC’s ASP carry a standard policy regarding returns and warranties. So long as such policies cover the product, ZOTAC recommends reaching a resolution with the vendor first before filing a warranty claim with ZOTAC Pakistan iVi.

Product Registration: to take advantage of the extended warranty and initiate an RMA claim, an account must be created through the www.zotac.com/support website and the product must be then registered. For graphics cards and Mini PCs, product registration within 28 days of the verified date of purchase automatically qualifies the product for Extended Warranty. Registration confirmation will be sent by email- please contact ZOTAC Pakistan iVi.  Support can be obtained at inquiries@ivipk.com should this confirmation email not be received, or if you have issues registering your product. iVi cannot be held liable for incomplete product registration.

  • An RMA Request must be approved by ZOTAC Pakistan, iVi prior to shipment, with instructions provided upon approval.

 

Product Conditions

Warranty claims will be void if the user:

  • Tampers, defaces, or removes any stickers containing product identification information such as model number, serial number, or part number.
  • Tampers, defaces, or removes any stickers indicating void warranty if broken.
  • Causes defects through improper usage, failure to comply with operating instructions, inappropriate operating conditions, or unapproved repairs or modifications.
  • Fails to return the product in the stock factory configuration or remove any aftermarket modifications.
  • Causes defects through accidents, acts of God, acts of nature, negligence, liquid immersion, or improper ventilation.
  • Knowingly and willingly attempt to defraud the validity of a claim.

Other cases in which warranty will be void:

  • The product is physically damaged
  • The graphics card is burned out due to overclocking, voltage fluctuations or any other reason.

 

​Warranty Claims

iVi reserves the right to:

  • Deem the condition of the returned product upon inspection and verification.
  • Collect a service charge and/or shipping fees at the customer’s expense for any product returned in non-defective or improper condition.
  • Hold any product unapproved for return- any returned product must follow the proper RMA procedures as instructed, with shipping fees covered at the customer’s expense prior to releasing and shipping the product back to the sender.
  • Select the method of service as either for repair or replacement- iVi will select and deem suitable replacement products, valued at equal or greater performance.

 

​iVi holds no liability in:

  • Damage to any returned product caused by improper packaging.
  • Damage to any product caused in transit or by improper handling on the shipping carrier.
  • Lost or damaged personal data, and personal accessories or belongings.

Shipping

  • The customer will cover any shipping and handling costs for 1-way shipping to iVi Head Office, iVi will then cover shipping to ZOTAC factory for products covered under standard warranty. For products with extended warranty, iVi will facilitate the RMA process but the shipping costs to factory will be covered by the customer. This shipping cost will be informed to customer and the customer must pay the shipping fee if he/she wants to send the product through iVi for RMA.
  • iVi will not be held liable for any damage caused to any product in transit or by the shipping carrier.
  • iVi will choose the shipping method and carrier, and cover any shipping and handling costs for 1-way shipping back to the customer to complete an authorized RMA.
  • iVi will not ship to any P.O boxes, military addresses (including APO, FPO, MPO, etc.), and destinations outside of Pakistan.
